LOL - you ain't know that about new houses?  LOL - that's why I remodeled mine - at least I knew the grass was there already! you can't win either way though - your cabinets won't have problems but you got no grass.... I got grass but my cabinets was fallin down!

Girl - I can't even be mad!!!!  My mama had been trying to get me to sell that thing but I just wouldn't!  I am SO glad it worked out this way - cause otherwise she said she was going to pay to have the work done - but then I would have had to pay in other ways with her..... ain't NOTHIN free with my mama - this way - I don't owe her a THING - and she can't stand it!!!  LMAO

I am glad to help his church out though.  It's a really decent system - they should get some good use out of it.
