Whasup O/H ...Im a newb...waiting for a surgery date ... ?Why do I feel like im taking this prospective surgery for granted..Im about 2 months away from surgery (hopefully) and Im still not military about developing the right eating behaviors to succeed. I'm BS'N

I know its going to haunt me if i dont start now, but there's something in the back of my mind thats saying  "pssssssssst..... Midamo, this surgery  is the be-all end-all to your life long struggles ..live it up big homie you'll be 150lbs lighter this time next year."

dude - you soooooo owe it to yourself not to cheat yourself.  What do i mean by that?  This surgery will not GUARANTEE you reach your goal weight - so why put more negatives in front of your potential positive?  And this is NOT the end - it's a BEGINNING.  you MUST stop pysching yourself out thinking you are walking away from or permanently giving up things- cause you're not.  You WILL be able to eat things after a time.  You WILL get hungry, after a time.  You WILL have to seriously work to KEEP that 150 OFF after you lose it.

Get your game face on man - NOTHING TASTES AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS!!!!!

Welcome! It does take a lot of work. I'm 3 months out and I can pretty much eat anything I won't so the struggle does not end with the surgery. As you will read on BAF constantly............Gotta get your mind right!
