2 WEEKS AND COUPLE OF DAYS HELP

I'M STRUGLING WITH TAKING IT EASY I HAVE BEEN LOOSING WEIGHT AND RUNNING AROUND LIKE A MAD MAN I KNOW I NEED TO SLOW DOWN I HAVING BEEN WALKING AND JOGGING SOME 2MILES ON THE TREAD MILL 10 MILES ON A STAOINARY BIKE PLAYING A LITTLE BASKESTBALL. NO PAIN BUT I'M NERVOUS THAT SOMETHING WILL TEAR HELP 

Check with your surgeon on his guidelines.  At two weeks, I had no restrictions (other than lifting weights) and was working it out on the treadmill.  At three weeks, I was back at work and could have gone back sooner.

Again, run it by your surgeon's office.

It's gonna come off,  just relax and don't over work yourself.  You may not have pain but you want it to stay that way.  Congrats and enjoy your journey!

You go!!  I wish I could do all that.  You making me feel bad right now.  Dangit let me go get my self  on the treadmill right now!

I agree see your dr for medical advice. But after only a month you may be doing to much to soon. I always say follow dr's advice and use common sense!

my doc told me not to do anything but walk for the first month. 

some docs say that you should listen to your body. if you do something and it hurts, stop doin it.

does anybody know on average how long it takes the stomach to heal after RNY?

The only restriction I had was no heavy lifting ( which I broke and paid for it later ....happend innocently though by picking up my neice and nephew )
