Its been a lonnnnngg time but.....

I have not been to OH in sooo long I had to remember what my name and password were.  But I had to stop by and remember where this WL journey all started.  It was here that I met some great people and got a lot of support and encouragment very early on and even after my surgery.  I have gone through some major changes in my life but through it all I have managed to remain optimistic. I almost wanted to give up but I had to rethink where I came from and by coming back here helped me to remember that this journey is not and will not be in vain. 
I needed to come and check out how I got to where I am by redoing my pattern of eating so needless to say I will be starting my own "Cookie Luscious Protein Train" because that always works for me.  I miss so many of my friends that I met on here and I wanted to just drop by and regroup. I am not going to give up that easy.  I just pray that all of you are well and that your journies have been successful. 
Please drop me a line....I really need some encouragement and who better to get that from then from those who have and are walking in my shoes. I posted some new pics just to let you know I havent given up.

So many times I wanted to get in touch with you but I didn't have your contact info so I just didn't do it.  I have missed you and thanks for stopping by and showing me some love. I have missed you much!!!!  My changes (not all bad) have been trying but I am managing to make my clear.
