I am finally not feeling like crap - so I am looking to get some stuff done today!

B - protein shake, two slices toast
L - turkey spaghetti
S - yogurt
D - turkey meatloaf, mashed taters and peas

Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - multis, b-complex sublingual, calcium later

I will work out my pre-surgery vitamin schedule tonight and start that.  30 min cardio in the gym.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I haven't started the day well....ran out the house with an orange but forgot my protein bar. need to make it up and there is no food on campus for 2 weeks... the semester has ended.
