Found My Motivation

OH YEA! I'm down to 183 from 355 highest weight, and so called family say things like you need to stop right there you're small enough
and they dont say it nicely, I even had a aunt say to me I laughed at
 you behind your back when you where so fat like you was, never a
 congrats or nothing positive, I say keep on moving down that scale
until you get to where you want to be, I still have about 30lbs to get
to my goal. And let the haters fall to the wayside.
