Dinner - Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad

All vitamins and water
Walking this evening with the kid (shooting for at least 4 miles)

Good Morning Dani!!!

Breakfast - Carnation Instant Breakfast with a scoop of unflavored protein powder
Snack - Strawberry Banana Protein Shake
Lunch - Tuna Fish
Snack - Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Dinner - Teriyaki Salmon and Asparagus

Done - one hour on the treadmil, 30 oz of water (goal a minimum of 64 oz)
Will be taking all vitamins shortly
This evening - Biggest Loser Body Sculpting and Hip Hop Abs

Girl I tried that Biggets Loser DVD after my 20 minute workout on the treadmill and after 10 minutes I said okay maybe next time. I am just starting to work out and I guess I need to start slow and build it up. But I ordered both thanks to you ;-)

Hey!  Yeah I couldn't do both either but just keep on trying and each day you'll get stronger.  That's how I started.  I'm sure that's how we all started LOL.  But each day or each time you do it, you'll be able to do more.  Just make sure you exercise. I can't do the biggest loser cardio tape LOL.  I can't keep up and don't really like the moves but I love the body sculpting.  Funny thing about me, I like weight training so much more than cardio but I know the two go hand in hand.

L - italian salad e/grilled chicken
S - yogurt
D - fried tilapia w/some veggie

Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - multi, b-12 sublingual and calcium later on

Exercise - cardio - 25min

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
