Bfast- 16.9 ounces of water and 20 ounce Carribean Cooler protein drink

Snack- Greek Yogurt w/ SF preserves

Lunch- Lettuce and a low sodium turkey and cheese lunchmeat rollup

Snack- Maybe a pickle or NSA fruit cup

Dinner- Lettuce and a low sodium turkey and cheese lunchmeat rollup

Ride Home- 16.9 ounces of water

Almost 54 ounces of water, yeah me, 1st time since surgery and I pray I can dirnk it all, and of course my vits, 20 minute workout on the treadmill this morning.

Candace...It is great... I even have a non WLS co worker drinking it... The Synthrax Nectar from vitacost.com... I drink it each morning... I wishI found it right after surgery but better now the never... I add a packet of rasberry ice crystal light or the sunrise orange and it is wonderful.
