Ayy yo,

I was in the barbershop last night and the topic of discussion there was very interesting to me, yet quite near and dear to my heart.  No not big boobs, but I like how y'all think.   Actually, With the release of the new Star Trek movie, they were talking about deep space exploration and the possibility of whether or not there is life on other planets.  Not necessarily life in the form of human beings and such but life on a biological or cellular level.

BAF:

1.  If there was a discovery of life on other planets (and the gov't told us about it - y'all know how they do us sometimes ) would you want to know more about that life?

2.  If there was a discovery of life on other planets, would you still subscribe to your current religious beliefs?

3. If there was a discovery of life on other planets, would feel that the world was coming to an end soon?  Why or why not.

1.  If there was a discovery of life on other planets (and the gov't told us about it - y'all know how they do us sometimes ) would you want to know more about that life?   Nope not really.  I'm more concerned about life on Earth right now.

2.  If there was a discovery of life on other planets, would you still subscribe to your current religious beliefs?   Yep, I would but my beliefs are a little different than the average.

3. If there was a discovery of life on other planets, would feel that the world was coming to an end soon?  Why or why not. No.  I don't believe in the end of the world.  I think all things evolve and life is just a continuation.  I believe that some people have been here before.  I believe that their is life outside of Earth.

I know right.  "W" and the Republicans really did fugg things up when they were in the White House huh?

Wow.  What a coincidence I'm a little average than the different.  Who would've thunk it?

Really?!      Security!

I think all things evolve and life is just a continuation. That's deep, Nicca.   I believe that some people have been here before. That's true.  I was here yesterday and not much has changed since then.   I believe that their is life outside of Earth.
I think you may be right about that.  But then again I tend to eat too dayum much so what the fugg do I know.

1. Nope, I can't even keep up with life on THIS planet, let alone another planet!

2. Yes, nothing would change that.

3. No, as long as they stay where they are, and we stay where we are, everything is cool.

OK, tell the truth, I KNOW ya'll discussed some kinda intergalactic sexcapade stuff too, didn't ya?

Now you know the minute that they get the official word that there is life out there, NASA and the US government would be trying to go wage war on that entire planet because they'd swear that the newly discovered life forms had WMDs.

OK, tell the truth, I KNOW ya'll discussed some kinda intergalactic sexcapade stuff too,

But of course...

Some  of the brothas were totally with banging an entire new female species but some katz were too afraid that they might get Space Herpes or Astronaut AIDS.

Sure I would like to know about it, but to risk and damage another planet the way we've raped Earth-I don't know..

I'm what I laughingly call a heathen, or agnostic in other circles.  I think organized religion is a crock, so the discovery of other life wouldn't affect that for me.

No I don't think another enviornment being able to sustain life necessarily has an affect on our planet.  Plus if you do blieve in a higher power and believe he'she is omnipotent-why would life/ creation on another planet damage that belief?  If God is all powerful why do we think we are so special we'd be his only creations at the top of the food chain?
