Hey GF,
I have sausage but one low in fat. I would try turkey or chicken sausage before beef or pork. Test the waters at home just in case. Sausage of any type is one of the few meats I have no issues with. I also eat bacon, extra crisp and lean ham easily since I was less than a month out.
