you just had surgery last December. If you don't mind my asking,

how much have you lost and is that your correct surgery date. I just thought

you had surgery long before that.

Yep, that's my correct surgery date. I started my diet June '08 and lost 17lbs prior to surgery. My original surgery date was December '05, but I put it off due to my husband's unexpected death. I did manage to lose without surgical intervention but keeping it off....well you know how that works

thing goes .. Doc told me to lose 50 lb before surgery, I lost 78 and decided

to continue on, on my on.  The holidays came (C'mas) and I ate whatever I wanted

all that wee****il New Year. When I got on the scale and saw I had gained 20 lbs

in 1 week.  I ran my butt to the surgeon's office as fast as I could. I knew what time

it was.   

But again, you look good .
