WOW ...It's been a year and what a year it has been
Thank you God! I have lost two people maybe three 133+ lbs GONE BABYYYYYY when I went last week for my one year check up I had lost a total of 72% body fat yeah I'm 16lbs from goal, but I'm not 307lb. I went in the hospital last year with a size 26/28 pants on and a 30 top
today I have on size 8 jeans and a large top

I am very thankful for were I am today. I thank every one that answered my MANY questions during my journey and those I still continue to ask (MM the reason I got in those 10's) My profile is set to private but I will share with anyone just send a friend request. Newbies take advantage of this beginning stage go hard, when you can't eat enjoy it ,because the craving and hunger will return , when your surgeon say wait 6-9 mos to drink alcohol WAIT
( why I'm not a goal I guarantee) don't get frustrated remember WHY you did this and every thing will be okay.... support is a big part! Thanks for Letting me share.
