Took my vits...otherwise playing everything by ear today.

Sometimes it's like that!!

I'm going to hang out with family today.
B: Southbeach cereal bar
L: not sure. I'm hoping to do a lunchdate.
D: no clue.  Whatever my dad makes.

Water:  only a cup so far and a cup of coffee
Vit: so far 1 iron and 1 calcuim.  The rest throughout the day
