Still losing, down 7 pounds to 183. Tried on one of my suits this morning and the jacket looked like you could fit another person in it. The skirt fell off. I need to exercise more though.

I missed the beginning of this challenge but I'm in for the next 14 weeks.  I don't know exactly what the plan is so if someone doesn't mind filling me in I'd appreciate it.

Hello!!!

I managed to still be on plan while throwing a party for my daughter...did not snack on anything!!!

So once my lil friend skips town I'll no forsure just how good I did...At this time I can gain 5-7 pounds easy!!!!

My goal was to get in the gym and tone and have not done this YET! I'm on vacation and will be for another week and a half soooo ya now I ain't doing nothing but thx for the accountability.

Better late than never.

I've been at the same weight for the past two weeks. I am going to ramp it up at the gym and I plan to stick to my eating plan and get in plenty of water. My goal is to post 5lbs lost next Monday!
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!
