Still losing, down 7 pounds to 183. Tried on one of my suits this morning and the jacket looked like you could fit another person in it. The skirt fell off. I need to exercise more though.

I missed the beginning of this challenge but I'm in for the next 14 weeks. I don't know exactly what the plan is so if someone doesn't mind filling me in I'd appreciate it.
My goal was to get in the gym and tone and have not done this YET! I'm on vacation and will be for another weekand a half soooo ya now I ain't doing nothing but thx for the accountability.
I've been at the same weight for the past two weeks. I am going to ramp it up at the gym and I plan to stick to my eating plan and get in plenty of water. My goal is to post 5lbs lost next Monday!
