Morning Yall
Got my run done early today, I was up so I just did it. There is three weeks left in this program so I will have to get it done in 2 weeks, which will be easy enough.
I feel really great, I was thinking about it as I was running how far I have come and even though it took me months to bore of it I still did pretty well. So I am pretending that I love runnung until the very last day of this program.
I hope you all have a great run this morning.

Can you send the link to the 8k program. i searched the web but cant find it. I started the c25k again but this time running at a much faster speed. I did the c25k at a much slower pace the 1st time around but I am now training to complete the 5k in under 35 minutes. I have an event scheduled for August 8, 2009 that I am trying to get ready for. It took me over 45 minutes the 1st time and now I want to shave over 15 minutes from that time on this next event.

Sounds like you are right on top of things. August 8th. Will give you enough time to get nicely trained so you can run that race very nicely. You are doing great.
I hope you like the podrunner 8K program, it is interval so you run and have a one min break in between each run. I think there is a straight run program on there without the interval breaks i'm not sure.

Good to hear your back, I always look at distractions as something I have to beat. I think of them as people who I know don't have my best interest in mind, who try to tempt me constantly and I always find a way to workout and spit in their face. Wow that sounds angry. LOL

I completed week 6 day 1 of couch 25k this morning. I jogged for a full 20 minutes for the past 3 days so having the intervals this morning was welcomed.
