I Think These Rascals Know!!

Every time I turn around at work somebody is telling me "you looking good".  Then they ask the inevitable question:  "what's your secret".  Or what have you been doing?  Someone asked today in the break area.  Other people were talking but when that question came up, there was a defined silence in the area. 

I try to spin out of it because my suspicion is that these rascals heard rumorz and are just trying to confirm.  I say something like, "well I had some special help initially, but I'm on a restricted diet", and immediately move on to the next topic.  I leave em like hmmmmm?  Special help???

From now on...just keep it plain and simple and say " I am eating and living right" and then wish them a good day. Guess what?  It's the truth! No further explanation is needed. 

It sounds like your evasiveness is what's causing all the questions. 
If I was one of your co-workers and you said "....had some special help" I would want to question further too.  JMO

I didn't broadcast my WLS, but I didn't hide it either.  When someone asked , I answered with the whole truth, that's just me.  It's only natural for people to wonder about a 100lb WL in less than a year.  
I leave em like hmmmmm?  Special help??? makes them wonder....either WLS or sick.
 

Tell them crack works wonders .........I am just playing tell them strict diet and exercise and keep it moving..... you are in no way obligated to tell folks your business.    People at my job pressed me for info but they got nothing and soon gave up asking.    I eat lunch in the break room most days and I always bring something healthy so I think by them seeing that from me on a regular bases was enough to satisfy their noseyness.

I agree with Kim B. on this one. I think you're making it worse with the evasive answer.

Drains, yes, but no more pain meds.....   Goddamn docs are doing their jobs and he wouldn't 'reup' me on the Vicodin - bastid!!!!!  I'm not in pain - Advil does me just fine but I wanna be HIGH!!!!!

DAMN good ass docs!!!!  the one thing I can say for jackleg surgeon was he reupped a ***** for two months......

Yea - I was actually done with the pain meds on Sunday - SONNNAMUDDAFUKKA!!!  LOL

I actually have a very high tolerance for pain - but just a love of being high... LMAOOOOO  I have never been able to learn how to 'fake' pain.... so the docs spot me every damn time!!!!  ****!!!

I will find out Thursday when I can go back to drinkin - **** all this damn rest I can't get to sleep at night and **** - I have watched WAY too much damn TV!!!!!  LOL - now I know why I am a workaholic - cause I would be BORED otherwise!!!!!
