1 fiber one granola bar
s 1 large pink lady apple
L- 1 spring mix salad with 1 tbsp of shredded asiago cheese, 1 tbsp mixed nuts, 1 tbsp orange cranberries, 2 tbsp of croutons, and 1 tbsp soy salad dressing ( red pepper)
1 slice of pecan bread ( 90 calories ) w/ pat of butter
s- sugar free chocolate & vanilla pudding snack
D - weigh****chers meal - three cheeze ziti
2 tbsp roasted almonds or edys frozen fruit bar
1 bottle of water thus far, 3 more to go
1 hour ++ at the gym tonight !
In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.
I slept in late today...so everything is a little behind my usual schedule...but here it is
b-ham/cheese/onion/green pepper omelette

s-ham roll ups w/ laughing cow cheese 1 triangle
dinner-grilled marinated chicken strips & salad
s-protein shake before bed
all vits
at least 100oz water
3 mile walk
& hopefully work with my weights also
