It's Sunday I'm getting ready to cook some breakfast for the family and head out to church....
What are all of you doing today to make this week a good one???
I have been on the recipe kick trying to recreate meals I eat out at home... I will always be making a menu for myself to keep track of my eating!! so today here's my plan... What's your plan for the week? B- banana with protein yogurt L Santa Fe Chicken Salad with spinach leaves, roasted corn, black beans, grilled chicken, a lil salsa I made with some jalapenos ( as a dressing) or a Low fat ranch dressing with a lil hot sauce for a kick!!!
D- will save that for MM'S post lol

Heeey Candace!! This weekend has been so busy! Sat jazz fest and Sun I worked 12 hrs! My eating was terrible to boot. I'm getting back on track this week with my prepared meals and going to exercise 6 days this week. I'm feeling better about my weight loss now that my stall is broken. 185 on the scale this AM YAY!!! I'm almost there
