I have no gain and no loss.  Eating right...most of the time, getting in my water, need to up the protein, getting my walking in and taking my vits.

LOL!!!  My update is I am still SWOLE like a balloon!!!!

I am eating right and focued on vitamins and protein to help this healing thing go better and faster - I don't get cleared for walking exercise for another 2 weeks - then have to wait another month before I can hit the gym for weights - but oh when I do...... watchouttherenow!!!!! 

 Just making sure you are getting those vits and water in!

I was eating clean until this past weekend, back on my grind. I did exercise Sat and Sun. So it's a new day and I'm in it to win it.
