Lena! Girl, I had to read her post heading 40 dayum times to understand what she was saying! OMG...now the responses about folk screwing up some names/words...PRICELESS!

Which brings me to my point of...When you are trying to say YOU ARE in a sentence...and want to shorten it...it is NOT 'YOUR'...it is 'YOU'RE'!!!

And one more thing...When you are trying to say 'THEIR HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL...' then spell it T-H-E-I-R...not THERE!!!

I am so GRATEFUL that in HIGH SCHOOL...we took spelling tests er'day - IN HIGH SCHOOL - over the intercom in division...SPELLING TEST...25 WORDS...and then switch papers to have them corrected by our fellow classmates - which is why I have decent grammer skills now (that's GRAMMER...not GRAMMAR!)

O.k., I'm sorry for that rant...but it just had to be said!

Hollah! (Not "Holler"!)

I choose to love myself, live life to the fullest, and encourage others to liberate themselves!

Good Morning Sergeant MajorTrina!  Faith T. reporting for duty.  I am pleased to say that I am walking 4-5 days a week minimum 2 miles.  I was out of sync with proper food choices for a minute but I am back on it.

I am still doing great!! I have been very consistent with my 1.5 miles or more power walk and jogging 7 days a week!!

Weight loss is about 11 pounds I am pushing to drop at least another 5 more before my 7 year post-op anniversary, which is oddly a month from today!!

Guess I need to REALLY step it up!!

Yep the weight is holding the leash on my dog, when he wants to chase birds (seriously).

Lee you are my friend for life!  While I was on my "carb tour of duty" last week, I had way too much of rainbow sherbet (you know all three flavors lime, strawberry and orange combined) it was soooo good!  Why must it be this way!!???!!
