still in the game with a couple of penaltys called this week
( blame it on my pops with his homemade pound cake )

Well you see... What had happened wuz.....
Ok, so for real... I have just started doing the "fat-smash diet - detox phase".. I have been really good with this, I am even getting n the protein drinks as well. Trying to be creative with the recipes...
The was a little sketchy last week, but I am going to do much better this week. I even enlisted my boo to come along on this ride....
So far today, no vitamins! I am trying my hardest to get these in.
b - 1/2 oatmeal 1/2 cup of low-fat milk 1/2 banana
s - banana 2 cups of 2 water
l - 1/2 cup brown rice with vegetable soup 6oz of low-fat yogurt
s - 2 Banana's 1 cup water
since I can have unlimited fruit and vegetables, I'll be snacking and eating both until I leave to go home from work!
Can we say gas?

Other than that, I am back in the saddle and here to stay... Good news is, I am down a few pounds. Long way to go... But I will get there....

I had to ease up on the working out--I actually hit BELOW my stated goal and lowest weight--which isn't a good look for me. I AM, however taking my vitamins as I'm supposed to (without Treena jumping down my throat!!! I'm sure she'd be proud of me!! Where are you girl!?) and I'm TRYING to consume more water than ever before. I see now that i CAN'T workout every day--so I'll cycle it from now on. But---as always, I weight everyday--to help keep me on track. Thanks for helping me to stay accountable.

Hey MM#1...I'm late checkin in but better late than never! Been workin like a Hebrew slave so does that count as exercise?
I'm doing all fruits and veggies this week then back to regular food next week but with no bread, rice or potatoes. No more protein drinks for me though, per my doctors orders. I'm still down the same 10 pounds but working really hard to drop the other 10.
I've got 4 PS consults scheduled so I need to drop as many pounds as I can before I go get cut again.
