IM ON IT HITTING THE GYM 2 TIMES A DAY 2 DAYS OUT THE WEEK AND HITTING 1 TIME THE OTHER IM DOWN 51 POUNDS AS OF SATURDAY. I WEIGH MYSELF EVERY SATURDAY. GETTING IN THE PROTEIN AND WATER AND VITAMINS.
