LOL - man NAW - James is long gone - but that plan still works!  I don't need him to get it going, I'm a self sufficient type chick anyway.

Congrats on the race!  I would love to run something like that in the future - now that I have finished my 'upgrades' on my body - it will be good to do some of the exercising I have wanted to in the past but wasn't comfortable enough to do.

Hey Trina!

I am getting in my water...YOU would be so proud of me yesterday. I had already 74 ounces by 12:30.  Today, however, is a different story,  I have only had about 16 ounces.  I plan on drinking at least 64 ounces.

I had my morning walk and my plan is to go and walk again this afternoon.  As far as food, I am low carbing it as of the last two weeks.  I just had two slices of bacon (I know it was late breakfast).  I will have catfish and mustard greens for dinner.  I have not weighed in two days so I am having withdrawals because I am a true scale addict.  I will weigh in the morning because I am anxiously trying to get to onederland AGAIN.

I am proud to be in vet challenge and I do not want to let myself or my team down. GO VETS!

As far as going to the gym, I have not been in a while.  But, I think I might start going at least 2 days per week just to rebuild my strength.  If you drop in it is $3 per time which is not bad..  I have been walking a minimum of 2 miles per day at least 5 days per week.  I do all of the exercises that I learned at the gym and I am able to do at home such as the jacknife crunches, left lifts etc.

I'm catching up on homework this weekend, I am way behind (currently studying for my A+ Certification).

I plan on doing a 3 mile walk this evening if it cools down...it's 98 degrees in Alabama!

Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.
