Time for some accountability!
Good morning namesake! How are you this blessed (rainy in Boston) morning? I hope all is well.
I plan to continue to get my protein in first, my vitamins daily and exercise. The scale is beginning to move (downward) once again so I am THANKFUL for that. But I know this journey is NOT easy and since I have long been away from the HONEYMOON stage, it's ALL me now!!! LOL
So I KNOW I won't see results unless I do my part.....

Oh how I wish I could just drop 10 pounds in two weeks!!! Remember that? OMG..... LOL
But you are right, we have to make it do what it do and DO IT right!!!! That's the key. I guess this is how we know we can do it for life.... Which is why they call it a "lifestyle change" I guess...

The Body Sculpting Bible for Women is on this week's agenda.
Started my first 14 day program last week and I will do all 14 days, no skipping then move on to the next level. It is so much easier than those gym machines and even with light weight I feel the burn! Once I'm up to speed with good form I'll get a full body strength workout in about 30 minutes.

Hey Kim! My happy ass is BACK in onederland and I ain't leaving again! LOL - no more tricking me with the promise of a free T-shirt for signing up and shiot. LOL - I am having to be SERIOUS about my eating since I have no activity to counterbalance. So far, so good! Lots of water and crystal light. And focusing on my vitamins to help speed up my recovery.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I NEED the weekly accountability. I've gotten so off track since I started school.
I just said to myself this morning "SELF....YOU DIDN'T LET THEM REROUTE YOUR INTESTINES FOR NOTHING". So with that said I'm only taking 1 class this summer and my main focus has to be continued success with this weight loss thing.
I'm trying to reach onederlander TOO!!
