It's been a long time coming.....

but I had to come home!!!!!!!! Hello BAF!!!!!! I know that it has been awhile and I have kept in touch with alot of you on Facebook but the support and encouragement here is what I am in need of and what I hope to give. Well I am 3 1/2 years out and I am still learning my pouch...lol! This is a never ending journey...it is just a tool but it is up to YOU to work it...I am finally understanding that! Now the A-FIB...I am so BLESSED and happy to say that after 3 hospital stays...this month marks a year that I have not been in the hospital!!!!!!! I am on 3 different heart meds and after many adjustments I seem to be doing alot better!!!!
