True there..least you know where to go.  The thing is Im still trying to find out what my shape is.

Im a combination of sorts I guess......but Im not complaining cause it works somehow.

I swear nothing on me is small cept for my hands and feet.

Wedding dresses oh my.........never even considered that, but it makes sense.

I agree with Shani, anything that has a "W" is cute bigger.  Matter of fact most all stores that specialize in plus size clothes are cut a little bigger.  But go to NY&Co, that's were I bought my first regular size jeans from, so try them out. I LOVE THAT STORE.

I found that LB and Ave 16's and 18's fit my thick shape with easy. I bought some clothes at Liz Claiborne this weekend and I needed a 20 in capris.  I also bought some clothes at the Dress Barn this weekend and went to the Missie side and could fit 16 dresses.  So I found I just have to try clothes on to see if they will fit or not.  I know if you can fit 16 in JCPenney, Macy  and Sears you are probably good to go with most 16.

Wow....I was able to to fit into size 16's at Dress Barn as well.

And this was a cute denim dress with a belt......not stretch material,  .the only thing that stopped me from getting it was the my cashflow at the time.

I guess its safe to say it depends on the store and the manufactorer of the clothes.

But it sure feels good to know that as I lose this weight, more and more stores are options for me to find cute stuff.

Thanks highly favored...keep on keepin on pretty lady

I've shopped Liz Claiborne for years so thats my guide.  Their sizes have 'expanded' since the 80's but have been stable for several years (I think).  I bought new 16w's the end of last summer so when I bought the identical items this year in 12p, I knew exactly how much my body had changed.
