**DMX voice** Where my dawgs at???

Mornin' all!!!!  How ya been doing - are you staying on track????  I am still doing the do and holding the line - three more weeks till (hopefully) I can get back in the gym and start KILLIN it.  Until then I am staying in some tightly set boundaries for myself and eating like I have sense.  Haven't been back to twoville a single day - and I'm shooting to get to 195 before I get back in the gym - that's only 2lbs in 3 weeks - but slow and steady wins the race...............

alright the rest of ye..... give it up!!!!!

Good Morning Trina,

I got off track Tuesday-Friday last week.  I am up 2 pounds this week from last Monday.  I started over on Saturday low carbing and I believe that I will start WW or calories in/out this Saturday so I can enjoy my 4th of July holiday.  Having no carbs is making me .

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Why the no carb thing?  Have you thought about using limited complex carbs?  Whole Wheat bread, sweet potatoes - these could take your 'edge' off without being totally off the beaten path and would make it easier for you to stay focused.

That may work for me because Lawd knows I am on the "edge".  Do you have a listing of the foods or plan?

not a list, per se - but here are two of my staples:

Sara Lee's 45 calorie Light and Healthy Bread (I think that's what it's called) it's only 45 cal per slice and VERY good - I use this for my morning toast and any sandwiches

Joseph's Pita Bread - found this in Wal Mart in the Deli section - they are whole wheat pita breads, only 60 cal a slice and 3or 4 net carbs - VERY tasty.  I eat these when I want anything wrapped, fajitas, sandwich wraps, etc.

I keep low calorie options like this on hand so that I don't cut the fool and go order biscuits and gravy or something I am DYING to have - these are good substitutes that kill the urge for me.

Thanks for sharing.  I will be on the lookout for that pita bread because I do like making pitas with chicken and beef/sour cream with bell peppers and onions in it.

Heyyyyy ((((Roshanda))))

I am good but I am having withdrawals.  I treated myself last week and I told myself to only have one treat day but my treat days ended up being Tuesday-Friday.

 Hey.
I am holding on. After 4 years...guess I am doing ok. Still addicted to the scale.
Like FT, carbs are my evil enemies!!!!
Mack, I am out of pocket, are you up? Or, are you closer to goal?

JCatt.......heyyyyyy BABY!!!!!

I am good - hit my goal of 200 lost, down to 186 - I am 10 up from that right now, but I had plastic surgery at the end of May and I am still recovering - not released to work out in the gym yet, but when i am..... these 10 are GONE!!!!!  I have been able to stay in the 186 range for the last year tho - so it's ALL good in my hood!!!!

what have you been up to?
