90 Days of Accountability: Day 3
Woke up feeling pretty dang good. The iron has truly kicked in.
Went out and play 1 hour of hard tennis. I was really running and working up a sweat.
Took all vits and doubled up on the iron and vit d again.
40oz of water and still eating ice like crazy
B - 2 pieces of wheat toast and 2 protein bars
L - 1/4 ham and cheese on wheat sub with sunchips
S - graham cracker
D - slice of pizza and chicken wings
S - nothing
Datz all folks.

I went to the YMCA this morning and it was packed !!
It was a good feeling to start the holiday off with a good workout !!

Do It Girl! I could never master tennis. Started at age six, gave up in my mid thirties. No hand eye coordination.
Yesterday sucked ass in every way and as a result, the only thing I got right was the supplements. Calories were a little low and protein was off and I swapped my exercise 'freestyle' day with Sunday.
I'll be back on track today although it started out bad. I got to my morning workout to find the gym closed so I still have not gotten my morning aerobics session in and its already mid afternoon.
