90 Days of Accountability: Day 4
Doing Fantabulous~
Didnt exercise yesterday. Gotta have a rest period, but today I am back at it.
40 oz of water and still chewing on that dang ice. I'm still craving it although I feel much better and I know the iron is working.
Took my vitamins. Somehow the calcium didnt get taken yesterday. But best believe that will not happen today. Energy is still high so I'm happy.
Food intake:
B - 2 boiled eggs and 2 pieces of wheat toast
L - Nothing (I got off to a late start yesterday)
S - graham crackers
D - Shrimp mie fun
S - 1 oatmeal cookie
S - graham crackers
S - a cup of popcorn
Wow, that looks bad.....I will do better today. NO EXCUSES!!!!!!

I've been up so long I'm on my way to bed. I have been getting in all vitamins,little low on the protien better than over half, and most of the fluid.
The eating I'm having problem with, being in and out of the hospital with dad. It's the hardest thing to do but I'll start making the breakfast lunch,dinner,snack and put then in the cooler. I saided that because I purchase the cooler when I had surgery so when I wa on the road.Just forgot about what it was forThis put me at startinng for me a the beginning but it better than not trying at all. I have been on the vitamins... really trying to get them in the way I should. I still struggle with getting all of the calcium in and I am thinking about changing the type to make it easier.
I am really proud of my eating this weekend. We hosted a huge BBQ on the 4th and I did all of the cooking. I made everything and did not eat anything I was not supposed too. We had about 30 people over and I put out the big spread with ribs, chicken, beef brisket, hot dogs, sausages, burger, homemade potato salad, macaroni and cheese, coleslaw, baked beans, deviled eggs, fresh corn-on-the-cobb, chips, dip, cupcakes, homemade marshmallows for smores, fruit salad and then some. I stuck to the lean protein, some corn and fruit. I left the alcohol alone as well as the desserts.
I got lots of comments on my appearance - that I had lost a lot of weight and looked good. I have to admit, I was a little self-concious, I just am not used to lots of compliments. I have never liked them because I never believed them; I always brushed them off. I still try to respond the same way but people just keep making comments and I don't know how to handle it. Definitely something I have to work on.

No bbq's to tempt me but I had to mix up my exercise cause the gym was closed for the 4th. Not my usual work out, just work out lite and I feel the difference. Too much sf drink mix and not enough plain water. I'll cut myself a little slack since I did get all my liquids & vits in.
