90 Days of Accountability: Day 6
No exercise yesterday. Decided to do it every other day now.
Took ALL vitamins and didnt skip any

I am so proud of myself when it comes to the vitamins
40 oz of water and that damn ice still will not leave me alone
Didnt do so well with the food but here it is.
Food intake:
B-Cofee
S-graham crackers
L-1/4 ham and cheese sub on wheat w/ sunchips
S-1/4 ham and cheese sub on wheat w/ sunchips
D-Nothing
S-graham crackers
S-sunchips
Yesterday wasnt a good eating day but I promise to get better.....

Took vitamins
Ran 40 minutes on treadmill
Went through all clothes and decided it was time to get rid of all the sizes above 18/20 that I keep trying to wear! That required 5 trips up and down the stairs with boxes and bags. Nice physical activity and good emotional cleansing.
30 oz water/10oz coffee (that committee meeting was too long)/ 20 oz lemonade
B - nothing
S - 2oz strawberries w/lite cool whip
L - salad (Yeah I added some baked chicken to it for protein!)
S - South Beach protein cereal bar
D - 4oz steak 1 oz spinach 2oz noodles
If I am gonna eat like a fat girl, then I gotta workout
like a skinny girl!

D- chicken, beans, dirty rice (but not very much)
64oz of water and vitamis
Then I hit the track and walked (2) miles when I got back I could have eaten a horse so here I go again I had piece of baked chicken, (1) slice of toast w/laughing cow cheese, and ice cream

Breakfast protein shake with 4 whole wheat crackers (and I am still hungry)
Snack Diabetic yogurt
Lunch Salmon with Kale greens
Dinner Baked Chicken wings with string beans
Snack hmmm not sure yet know a sf ice pop or two will be involved.
Exercise, every other day?? why
Ok here is my take on it. To get the most out of your exercise, you should try to exercise every day for at least 30 minutes with maybe giving your body one day of rest. Every other day means that you are only working out 3 or 4 days a week, depending on your start day. This is great for maintaining, however you are not in the maintaining phase. It is true that you need to change it up, meaning don't work the same part of your body (with the exception of your ab) each day, but you should be giving your body something each day, if nothing else but a brisk walk.
By your own admission your food intake was not good, frankly sweetie, it sucks...it is loaded with carbs, no veggies and hardly any protein to talk about, not to mention the sodium in the ham will make you retain water especially in the summer heat.
If you are just posting for accountability and would prefer that I keep my comments to myself, please let me know, you can do so either on the board or in pm, you wont hurt my feeling however, until then I cant just sit back and not say something.
