90 Days of Accountability: Day 6

You didn't ask for comments, but you're on a great roll with the tennis so why slow it down?  I find a daily workout in some form makes it easier to stick with exercise even before my rny.  On what I call my once a week freestyle day, I do it light with a 30 min video like Walk Strong by Leslie Sansone.  Half hour with or without weights, equivelent of a brisk 2 mile walk.  So quick and easy but still gets the heart rate up.  For a tennis player like you it would be a breeze.

Now I have to call myself out because I declare yesterday an exercise holiday and took a total mental health day for myself.  I was back at the gym today. 


I'm treating carbs other than produce like poison this week.  I did well as far as calories, protein, vits, and total liquids go.  I upped the water to where it should be, but I did cheat with a little lemon juice or a packet of nutrasweet (no not lemonade).  Still trying for plain water as half of my day's liquids. 

Scale came down a little but its still up because of water retention and my total body water is up a couple points more.  Damn that Oscar Mayer!  I'm going back to low sodium Boars Head.
