Ok - how are you doing?  I am still maintaining - have a followup appt this morning with my doc and my incisions have come a LONG way - hopefully he will let me back in the gym.  If so - IT'S gonna be ON and POPPIN!!!!  Even without it, I am happy that I have held the line and not blown up. 

So - how are you doing????  And if you forgot who the 'YOU' in that sentence refers to, here you go:

I'm doing OK...didn't get on the scale this morning.  I got on Saturday and there was no change.
I'm pretty much on point with the eating, protein, water, and vits.  Also started back walking every other day.

Back on the wagon Mack!! (Not THE Wagon, for you old headz...BTW, talked to James lately?) I returned to the gym last night after about a 3 week hiatus. I have been working on the hand to mouth though for the last week or 2 and am down 2.5lbs. It's a start anyway. Back to focusing on ME.

What's up with it??? Yep got plenty of sleep last night, hit the streets this morning with my early morning jog/power walk!!!

I am maintaining despite my eating spree this weekend.

I am back on point, took a hiatus last week with my eating. I stay on point with exercising.
This week I am giving it my best. The weight is up by 4 pounds. I believe that I left the 4 pounds at the gym this morning.
I am not trying to get skinny but working on extending years on to my life.

Hi Ms Mack and all you vets out there.  Me again, the newbie with the issues who just can't stay away from the vets thread...

I'm still 30 lbs from the doctor's goal and 10 lbs to loose before I drop out of the obesity category into overweight.

I had too many carbs and high sodium foods over the weekend and too little protein too; but, calories were good as were vits, exercise and liquids.  I'm back to low carb as of yesterday.  Also I'm retaining water big time so the scale was up 3 lbs yesterday.  Its down 1.6 lbs today but my water retention is even higher.  Lets hope there is some fat loss in there someplace.
