thank you .....it seems to help.....woo wee this journey of mine....but, thinking postive.....need to find a way to relieve stress......seriously.....i think im going to look into kickboxing or dance class

Rhonda,You are absolutely Beautiful before and after,I just wish I had done this when I was younger,but no excuse,you are a big part of my moving on ,I just look at your success and say I have to keep on.Your pictures alone should be an inspiration on this board,you have worked wonders and I can't give up,even though I am moving slow,I keep you in mind.Thanks so much and Congrats.Love Ya'
