Hey nosey...Still down 10 lbs...but that's because I swayed away from my plan last week (back to work).

Heading out to the grocery store today to pick-up my necessities for the week...and jump starting this thing...need to lose at least 5 lbs. by next Monday (doctor's appt.).

Still trying to get in a little walking - doctor has not allowed me to head back to the gym yet...wwwwhhhhyyyyyy???? LOL!

I choose to love myself, live life to the fullest, and encourage others to liberate themselves!

My bad just noticed this thread...

Total loss is 10 pounds to date...still working on the other 13 pounds!!!!!

I worked out everyday last week doing at least 1.5 early morning jog/powerwalk.
