OT - Educate a confirmed sinner... Please.

 @ Nothing against organized religion, but I have my own reasons for this way of living.  It works *for me*.


I agree.  I feel exactly the same way.

Prayer to me..... There is this song we sing in church and it goes like this.... Somebody prayed for me , had me on their mind, took the time to pray for me......I love this song, because when I look back over my life and some the poor choices I have made, I know somebody even if it wasn't me was praying for me. So prayer to me means all though I know my Savior is always looking out for me  praying allows me to talk it all over with my Savior.Thank him for all he has done for me and everyone else and ask for that continuous protection.

Dear Lord, So far today, I am doing all right. I have not lost my temper, I have not curse anyone out today, I have not told anyone to kiss my behind.  But I will be getting out the bed in a minute and I think that I will really need your help then.

Times have changed since we were once kids.

Keep on telling folks to kiss your behind once you get out of bed.  Somebody's gonna grab you, bend you over, and put a lip lock on your butt-cheek leaving a hickey back there. 

If they do it right, maybe I will be smiling all day instead of praying
