er, I am going to need you to come on BL and school me.  Exactly how does one have a "steamy night" and stay in a non-dominant position?? Me knowing you, just cant imagine you have a steamy night in a non-dominant position?

Hello!!!

Although, I am 7 years post-op I just became a exercise buff within the last year, power walk/jog 1.5 miles or more EVERYDAY. I tried the gym thing but always came up with an excuse as to why I didn't feel like driving to get there (remind you the gym is only 3 miles from my house).

After adopting a dog last year it has really helped me to be consistent with my exercising... Even when mommy is tired, my doggie will go and get his leash to remind me it is time to exercise.

The key to successful weight loss is lifestyle change which is a combination of eating right AND exercising...  You have done so well so begin this regimen and as long as you stick to it you will continue to be successful.

Good Morning Rhonda,
Thanks for the kind words of encouragement. I started becoming active one month after my surgery. Exercise has changed my lie and you are so right it is a life style change.
Have a great day.

Hi Barb!

I woke up this morning and did the elliptical for 10 minutes (which is good for me) and did 70 sit-ups. I plan to walk 2 miles after work today.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

Good Morning Talisha,
Every little bit helps. Just think those ten minutes of cardio this morning put a little boost to your metabolism and you are burning extra calories  right now just because you made the effort.
Lets stay active together!!!
