Excercise is for the birds, I rather be home sleeping.

All jokes aside, and I really was joking, congrats on exceeding the average weight loss. I totally agree with you with making exercise part of your lifestyle.

forgot to add my exercise for the day:

Lunch time:  walk/jog 4 miles

After work, go work out with my Marine Personal Trainer for an hour, only God and him knows what hell he will put me through.

LOL,
Don't we all love and hate your trainers.  And we pay them to torture us.  It's so worth it inthe long run and such an investment in our health and longevity.  I praise you on your commitment to fitness.
Have a great day!!!

Okay first let me start by saying I've been slacking in the exercise department for the last month but prior to that I was in the gym 5 days a week for 1.5 to 2 hours. I have a question though. Should I just work on one part of my body one day and the other part the next time or can I do a full body work out each day? This is pertaining to weight lifting.

Good Morning Monique,
You can do a full body workout like two times a week. But I perfer to work my upper body one day and my lower body another day.  I work out with weights 3 days a week.  Lets say Mon, Wed, Friday. Just alternate, giving that particular group of muscles time to heal
and recover.  Very important tip: feed your muscles directly after your wokout.  Consume some protien, any protien to help the muscles that you just broke down to recover. I am enjoying seeing my muscles finally come through, I have been at this for one year now. I have come to love weight trainig.
So much that my goal is to become  a personal trainer byefore the end of the year.
I will be checking up on you and good luck at the gym.
