What's up BAF?
Today I experienced a monumental WOW moment. A lil background, I've gone from 313lbs to 230 from wls. Today I took a spin class for the second time in my life. The first time I was about 295lbs; I wanted to die. It hurt to sit, it hurt to stand everything about it was horrible. I just wanted to cry and run the hell out of there but I had too much pride to let all of the other spinners see me like that. So I stuck it out and never returned until today.
Today I did the entire class and for the most part I kept up with the instructor!
My knees didn't hurt and I was even able to stand up and peddle. OMG this is what it's all about, not fitting into a smaller size but having a quality of life.
Let me go, I'm getting all choked up.

Thats what happened with me with the African dance class..I been too chicken to go back since I went the one time.
Not cause I couldnt keep up......but cause I ached for weeks after 
I keep hearing about spinning, just not sure that my ample booty can take the brush burns from the tiny seat.

In life, and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up. 
Congrats!!! I guess I'm going to have to get my butt in some of those classes I've been avoiding and just try them out.
