EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In

Well I did it! I finally exercised lol. Whew it has been two over two weeks and I felt it! Didn't make the spin class but did get an hour of kickboxing in. Now THAT is a workout!

Today going to try to get the spin class in. Later tonight I have to volunteer for my running club's 5K. I'll prob run a couple of miles after I finish registering everybody.

Morning,
Today I will do a kickboxing class on my lunch.

That class can burn some calories for sure.

I sometimes have a hard time with kickboxing, I have one bad knee and the repeatitive kicking tears it up!!!!

Missed on the strength yesterday but got the cardio in, 60 min and some stretching.  

Today cardio 70 min, stretching, abs, butt & thighs done.  This evening, strength training.
