I have a banging body

I was out at Haines Point today where I met with Stephanie (Destined_to_be_thin and we walked 10.5 miles..yea Stephanie, but you need to change your name to Destiny Fulfilled or something because your ass is thin, well you are thin, your ass is non-existence.

Ms Praise met up with us on the other side of the first round, she did the damn thing....way to go, I hope to see you next Saturday as well.

Now about my banging body.  I was at my car getting me some water out my cooler when this lady on a bike who I have never seen before asked me if I had a pump.  Oh course I did, after all I am a biker.

she ask me what type of exercise I do.  I said walking, running, and oh course I bike.  She ask me had I lost any weight.  She said oh course you are much younger than I am.  I said I am 48.  I took my license out my wallet and said...you tell me, have I lost any?  She looked at the picture, she looked back at me...she looked at the picture and she said..OMG, you have a banging body, I would have never thought you were ever that big if I have not seen the picture. And you are older than I am.

She asked me when was I out there again, I told her tomorrow...she said ok, i will see you tomorrow because I need someone to motivate me.

Right now I am smiling because today at 48, I was told that I had a banging body and by another black female and you know we are not so quick as to give each other compliments.
