Dang, I was looking for this post all day yesterday lol.
Last week was awesome; I hit the gym 5x and went roller skating on Saturday. Got in all of my vitamins and protein, water needs some improvement.
Last week I was up 5lbs , don't know what happened there but drum-roll please.............as of yesterday morning I am down 10lbs. More than likely the first 5lbs. was water weight. But woohoo I am too happy because I'd been stalled for almost 3 weeks.
I am still @ 194 but after a few days and Miami, I am grateful for that...I am sure I will see some lbs go away by next week...I am working very hard and trying my best.
My honeymooners goal is to be 180 by my b-day 09/16 and I have 14 lbs to go.
