Cookie, you are speaking the TRUTH. A couple of weeks ago when I bought groceries, I included a lot of crackers, cereal, etc., which I normally don't do. I gained a pound EVERY DAY that week. I couldnt believe it! I tossed them/gave them away last week and all of it is gone now... but that was a real wake-up call. I realize now how few carbs I actually eat in a day...
