EXERCISE CHALLENGE Check In
Hello Everyone,
What workout have you done today or what will you be doing to day ?
I just walked in the door from an outdoors boot camp. It was a great workout and alot of fun.
I made it to cycling class yesterday evening and I plan to go again today. I am getting my body fat measured tomorrow so I need to make these next 24hrs count, LOL
Well gotta go start my day. Have another long one ahead of me.

Good morning Barb, I wasn't able to make it to the gym on yesterday. however I will be going this evening. I so wish
I could use weights for my upper body though!. I injured my right shoulder and now needs surgery. I have a torn rotators cuff torn ligaments and tendons. I'll be doing Cardio as usual. This morning I will be doing:
3 mile walk away the pounds with Leslie Sansone and this evening I will do:
30 min on the elliptical
30 min on the bike
30 min on the tread mill.

Today is week 4 day 2 of couch 2 5k on my lunch hour. Lawd it nearly killed me to run for 5 mins. on Mon.
. I hope that I can pull it off again today.
After work is my reggae workout, I love this class it's a calorie buster and it's getting my hips together for some serious whining for the upcoming West Indian Day parties.
