I just use a scope of protien, a cup of soy milk and about 3/4 cup of frozen fruit and whip it all up in my bullet.

Do you add splenda to your smoothie?

I usually put a pack of splenda in it. I buy the mixed tropicle fruit from walmart that has strawberries, pineapple and mango in it.

I don't know ... I'm making a quasi Cookie smoothie

like the one you had yesterday.  I'm thinking I won't need

the Splenda though, with all the fruit and the mango is very sweet. 

I'm getting ready to make it now.
