Sorry it's late.  It's been such a busy morning.
Today I had a  late morning training session with my trainer.
I LOST 1.5 lbs of BODY FAT!!!   since I have started posting this challenge.
Yes and I weigh the same . 
I am pleased, he is pleased!!!! 
So today we did upper body,
I will cycle this evening.

Hello,
I was a brave soul today, I attended 2 classes early this morning, Body Pump and RPM. The classes were back to back. I am stepping my exercise regime up a notch.

hey barb.....i took the night off yesterday....i was exhausted when i got off work and went to the grocery store...came home and cooked....i had planned to get some exercise in but, i was drained...however, i did 6 days straight of exercise and that is a plus for me so i rest on the 7th day smile.....i will do some cardio and floor exercises this evening......walking at lunch time.

hey tell me do you exercise daily?  should we give the body a rest?

Hi Lavender,
You should have a rest day, some workout 2 days and then rest and some workout 3 days and rest. or they may workout more days and rest. You shouldn't work the same muscle group daily, switch it off. I need more rest days but I am afraid that one day could turn into a week or several months. I am still fat though.

hey there....im feeling it for sure but, the one day of rest did me some good.....it is a trip though because im not goiing to get on the scale but, just in this one week i put on this jean outfit ....dang it that i spent good money on and the pants are baggy.....i need to get a belt...hummm but i won't complain....just an observation lol......

After 5 years I am not where I want to be on the scale, but I am one healthy lady. I know it is the exercise.

well, I am WILLING MYSELF to be Healthy and for the first time in 5 years...yes 5 years I am working on it and I am so looking forward to feeling Healthy and the benefits will be a peace of mind and heyyyy a some what good physical shape.....I GOT WORK TO DO
