Thank you so much for sharing and for the compliment. I still have a hard time accepting them some times. I have to remind myself to do so.

Everything you said....made me spiral back again....I share your pain of those experiences.   

Man...it feels so good to not even feel enticed by an ALL YOU CAN EAT buffet any longer.  These use to be my second home.  To think " I am not even trying to waste my money cause I can only eat a buck worth" is a great thing! In my best Madea voice, "Hallelujah!"

i can relate to your story..........  I was that lonely miserable 300 pound binge eater 5 years ago !!!   I struggled with weight issues all my life.   

Even now as a petite,  the binger haunts me.

We have come so far.  I am so glad now....that a so called binge  now can only go so far out of control. Wishing you many blessing too....we are heading home now.
