I must say i was so scared to try anything besides water or some sort of juice. Everything that i have tried have not upset my stomach. mashed potatoes, cream of wheat, cream of chicken/mushroom soup, Pinto beans from taco bell are the best tho, clam chowder (i dont eat the clams pieces tho) Chicken Tortilla soup (El Pollo Loco) i even tried some of the chicken from the soud since it was so soft. I chewed it up reall good and i was good. I dont even feel hungry 99% percent of the, only in the morning is when im hungry. What was some of your meals at this stage? Did you pu**** further than i have?

You are off to a great start.  Keep up the good work.  I did not try that many things initially.  I was ultra safe and I wish that I had kept it that way.  Word to the wise... stay away from the citrus!  Oranges will ruin you man.

I did a lot of protein shakes.  I can not do dairy so I use flavorless soy protein powder, ice and some juice.  The word to remember is sip, sip, sip.  Take it easy.  Sip. Sip. Sip.

Glad you're well.

You don't want my suggestions.   I was on puree at one week.  Everything the texture of stage one baby food.   The meat was the hardest.  Thank God for shakes.

Keep it up.
