Rant and Rave Friday..

Ok so I am at work bored to tears can't wait to get off and its only 10:40 here. So I decided to see what my BAF family had to Rant or Rave about that went down this week.

Here is mine.

Rave

The week is almost over. Its warm outside. And I have plans for this weekend.

Rant

1. I am so sick and tired of hearing about this Gates/police officer mess. I wish Gates would either sue the police department or forget about it already. The media is making this way bigger than it has to be. Everyone is giving their .02 cents Obama, Colin Powel, The view...enough already.

2. I am tired of white people using the term jungle monkey in mixed company and then acting shocked that people took it the wrong way. People aren't taking it the wrong way it is what it is. Save that kind of language for when you are not in mixed company.

3. I am mad that the Octo-mom got a reality show.  She is already mentally unstable do we really want to add reality t.v. to the mix.

4. Last but not least I wish they would hurry up and train me at work. I am in a new position but they have no one to train me for it. So I am sitting here counting postcards in groups of 25. I have never been so bored in my life.

Ok what does everyone else got for rant and rave's...

Andrea...just wanted to thank you for your post the other day.  The one about the Biggest Looser workout.  It motivated me to get mine back out (I've been power walking and felt the need to kick up my workout)
Giiiiiirl, that was no joke.  This body is aching all over!  And I only did level one!

Hey Kim. I am glad I was able to help get you motivated. Yeah Biggest Loser is no joke but sometimes we have to shake up our routine some. Work some other muscles. I didn't do it yesterday but I am going to try and do it today. I want to master it.

I can't even Rant today - it's Friday, I got paid, and I managed to NOT incur any overdraft fees (sista was BROKER THAN A JOKER!!!)

Rave - I found a pair of stretch jeans in my closet that are PERFECT - no need to buy more (I'm still not back into all my presurgery clothes - damn swelling!)

Rave - My boss took today AND Monday off - so Imma PARLAY like mofo!  Is 10am too early to go to lunch?  LOL!

Rave - it's DA weekend, baby!!!!!!  I will be chillin tonight, cleaning during the day tomorrow and going to a B-day party a friend is hosting

Rave - Mi vida es muy buena baby!!!!! 

I feel you payday for me too. Although I am basically just paying bills with it. But I have enough to go to the drive in today. So I am going to tuck the kid in bed and be out tonight.

Glad you found a pair of jeans that fit. I need an all new wardrobe. I am walking around swimming in my clothes. Its beginning to look just tacky.

I feel u with the Overdraft fees ..... I think I am the reason SunTrust did not need a bailout !

lets just say the health care system sucks for a poor person

Yeah I got that and as a poor person I say But what I don't understand is what the health plan entails. I am waiting for someone to break it down for me.
