How not to get screwed by the young kids of today.
I rented a car from (E)nterprise and almost got jerked around.
Never I repeat never sign anything before you are finish with the transaction.
We are walking thru checking out the car and it is raining so dumb me goes and sign the paper's
HB in the front of the car telling the girl to look at the front bumper. She states that she was writing this down. Hum
She dot the paper and didn't writing that it wa**** on the hood and the bumper. All along I'm thinking she writing this down.
Why do you think when I go to return the car. OH yea there a young black girl working with the rest WP people. Now I decide not to take the extra insurance because I had talk to my insurance agent and was told it was a waste of money. Truly it is because you pay so much for the extra insurance you can be renting an extra car. OK on with the problem. Why do you thinks she(ybg) goes straight outside and put her hand on the 2 dents in the car.
I thought something had happened somewhere else on the car. I'm following her out cursing out myself because I didn't see it. No she stops a the same thing that my HB had showed the WG. I was is no good mood that day at all and they thought they seen a old fool. I started to rant and rave the WG stated well you signed the paper stating there was no dents. OH H-NO there was a screaming match I thought I had come out of the losing end for signing that darn paper. They wrote up they paper and Sat. morning I turn up for copies of the report(them not knowing I was coming). It stated customer was not aware of where the accident happened. H-NO it started yet another shouting match(my insurance wasn't going to kick my but the next time I pick it up). I didn't have to be aware because there was no accident it was pointed out to the WG so there was nothing for me to be aware of(tongue twister huh). I was told it was going to be restated to say customer had point this out but the WG didn't remember . Why do you think yesterday I got paper tell me to turn it into my insurance
. Faith has it when I pick up the paper's at the car rental place. There on the paper's there was her dots ( I had not seen it for being so mad) just where the YBG had pick out on the car. I told them all of these years I've rented a car never had an accident and because I didn't get the extra now I"M be held responsible for an accident. Out of the mouth of the young sister girl that is why we get extra insurance. YA"LL why in the he** did she thought it was so cute to try to but a black person down in front of here co-worker's all the rest being white. We almost can to a head, she pick up the key with a cute step and saided I'll take you to where you car is. No HEL* you won't get me someone else. She was like what, get me somone else. She was about to say something to them only to realize I was one step behind her. My van was no more then 2 miles away I don't think I could have not gave her a few words that the two of us would not have came to blows. THAT WAS TO DAM* DISRESPECTFUL WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN IN THE SAME CAR.
(i WENT FROM ONE MOOD STRAIGHT TO ANOTHER) It was priceless when I walk in this morning(asking for the management of course the YBG was not there to see how a women with a mission get things done). 
I had six different paper line them up and start pointed them out. You talk about a bunch of dumb looks on their face. My point was proved because even though she didn't write it down there was the indication markson the paper just where the YBG point them out SWEET. Plus she had put other things on her copy but not mine. I hadn't sign it for her to be able to have add all that differnce on both copies ::)))))). Management had an attitude sh*t by then I didn't give a darn. Let them get that car fix by figuring out who didn't get the car checked in right. HEL* take it out of all there checks just didn't give a darn. Wishing that really had a crumbie day like mine was yesterday. I much have don't something right. God was holding my back and looking down on me this week.
