Question about Adipex-P(Phentermine)

 See I want to be a "safe" 8 because believe me most of my bottoms are 10's . I'm thinking if I get down before my tummy tuck I will be a safe 8/10. No don't want the smoker look..lol (me a size 2..wow) not eating all day. Grandmother told me don't come back in her house if I lost another pound.

Hey there Lady how ya doing? Most Dr's will prescribe it.  I know where I live just about every clinic or weight Dr will prescribe it to.  Funny, it's much cheaper now than it was say 4 years ago.  4 years ago I can recall paying $75 for a bottle of 30 pills.  I don't do phentermine, it makes you extrememly moody.  I do the Adipex P which is the name brand Phentermine.  Does not alter moods except for make you a little excitable the first few weeks.  And makes me happy for the first few weeks until your bottle gets use to it then back to normal...lol

I am taking Adipex now  was on Phentermine but the pills stop curving my appetite.  I have not had any side effects, I go to the doctor every 30 days for a follow-up before I am given another prescription. Before the prescription was written I had to get a EKG done and blood work.
 
Just like any other medication some people have side effects and people like myself have not had ANY side effects. My urine is the same and I MAY have a bowel movement every other day.


My advice call your doctor those pills are probaly to strong for you.

Hello there Rhonda.  I had not thought about them being to strong at all.  Good point.  My system is not the same as it was when I first took them and I did just have surgery a few weeks ago...hmmm  Interesting.

Hey there Destined and thank you.  Yes, it was my little secret.  Friends I have spoken to in the last few were all shocked as well.  Hell, imagine my disbelief 10 years later...lol But he is truly a joy. Spoiled as all out doors but my boo.

I tried them and the side affects I got the first few weeks was insomia and lost of appetite.  I lost 8 pounds,but then the pills seem to have lost there effect on me. I dont feel any different and I have not lost any weight since the first prescription.  I even stop taken them for 3 weeks and tried again.  No difference.

Oh no Just P.  I have never heard of them not being effective to sum degree.  When I was first on the bout 3-4 years ago I lost bout 80 pounds.  I had to stop myself.  I was loosing to much to fast.  Perhaps you may need a stronger dose or use in conjuction with a B-12 shot.
